Brisbane Schools: Where to buy a home or investment property

Where to buy a home or investment property in Brisbane

PART 1 – SCHOOLS

Whether you are buying a family home or an investment property in Brisbane, it is important to consider the quality of schools in the suburb before making a purchase.  For home-buyers, living in the catchment of a desirable public school offers not only convenience but can save tens of thousands of dollars in private school fees each year.  Savvy investors realise that by buying into these same areas they can generate a premium rental income and attract tenants who will often stay long term.  So where are the best schools in Brisbane?

Brisbane Buyer’s Agent Matt Reeves from Your Property Hound provides the following advice on how to research Brisbane’s Schools to determine where to purchase your next family home or investment property.
