I engaged Matt precisely at the point in time when the market underwent a substantial contraction. This meant that there were far fewer properties that met my criteria. Matt’s colleague Sam Bartels was indefatigable, and worked tirelessly for several months before finally spotting the perfect place. When it came to finalising the contract, Sam and Matt worked together (even whilst Sam was overseas on holidays!) to get it over the line.
