We recently moved from overseas and needed local expertise. Sam is very knowledgeable and with the collective experience at YPH, there is no one better. They are transparent about the process and fees, and could always be reached any day of the week.

I don’t think we could have found our dream home without Sam, much less win the auction bid – Sam did the bidding 🙂 It’s worth having a great buyer’s agent by your side, who will always have your best interest in mind – seller’s agents are only incentivized to close the deal. I’d recommend YPH even if you are a local, but if you are new to Brisbane then contacting Sam is a must!
