Petrie Properties

Petrie offers a mix of established residential pockets, newer housing estates and higher-density housing near transport and education infrastructure.

Most desirable areas: Streets within convenient access of Petrie train station, the UniSC Moreton Bay campus and Old Petrie Town tend to attract strong buyer and tenant interest. Quiet residential pockets with larger blocks, good street appeal and proximity to parks are also popular with families.

Less desirable areas: Properties close to major roads such as Gympie Road, Dayboro Road and Anzac Avenue may experience higher traffic noise. Some areas near the North Pine River or local creek corridors may require additional flood and overland flow checks.

Buyers should review Moreton Bay flood mapping, local overlays and property-specific constraints before purchase.
