Bulimba Properties

Bulimba offers a diverse mix of micro-locations that vary in desirability and price.

Most desirable areas: Riverfront and near-river locations are generally the most desirable and expensive parts of Bulimba, particularly where homes or apartments enjoy river views, premium streetscapes, or easy access to Oxford Street and ferry terminals. Quiet residential pockets close to Bulimba State School, Bulimba Memorial Park, and the Oxford Street precinct also attract strong buyer demand.

Less desirable areas: Properties near major traffic routes such as Riding Road, Lytton Road, and busy sections of Oxford Street may experience higher noise or traffic impacts. River flooding is a significant consideration in parts of Bulimba, and buyers should review Brisbane City Council flood mapping and property-specific flood overlays before purchase.
