We are really glad that we ended up engaging a buyers agent. Matt and his team were so easy to work with and didn’t mess around – it took just 10 days from us first engaging them to them securing our house at auction. For anyone on the fence, at today’s real estate prices, a buyer’s agent is a no-brainer and will pay for itself at pretty much any budget.
